Your mail is batched by major transportation areas for faster delivery. Since APS batches prepared mail by major transportation areas, the mail, once it has reached the appropriate Sectional Center Facilities (SCF), it bypasses the majority of the Post Office's sortation operation and is placed directly on equipment destined to its dispatch areas.

Overnight service standards within the city and metropolitan areas are maintained by distributing mail to each district. Your mail is then treated as originating mail and must be delivered the following day.

This service allows you to benefit from the current discounts on First-Class mail as well as enjoy the speed in which bar-coded presorted mail is delivered.

We process over 1.3 million pieces of First-Class mail each day in our Chicago facility alone. It takes experience to successfully handle that kind of volume every day, and at APS, we're experts in the areas of automated mail processing, mail acceptance and mail distribution. You can be assured you're working with the leader in the presort industry.

APS has developed a program involving the combining of Nonprofit and Standard mail. This program can be used for either your total mailing list or that portion of the list that does not qualify for the deepest postage discounts.

APS accepts Nonprofit and Standard mail, either metered, permit imprint or pre-canceled stamp, from a number of mailers. We combine the mail in order to qualify it for the lowest postage rates. Each piece of mail that qualifies is automatically mailed at a substantial savings to you.

APS processes hundreds of thousands of pieces of Nonprofit and Standard mail every day. Working with APS to barcode and combine your Standard mail increases your postage savings and saves time and labor costs traditionally associated with preparing Standard mailings.

APS has developed an International Mailing Program that offers big savings on your international postage rates, regardless of the number of pieces you mail on a daily basis.

By accumulating foreign mail from a number of customers, APS can utilize a bulk mailing system designed to send volume mailings to international destinations. This innovative system qualifies your mail for a much lower postage rate than you may be paying today.
